SOLVED KB4516421 In Windows Update: What Is It?

This is a mystery at present. I have KB4516421 offered in Windows update today 13 September, but I can't find any information about it. Does anyone know what it is and why Microsoft have no information about it on their website?

The word is that MS pulled said update. I would just reboot and then recheck to see if it's still there. I don't have or nor have I seen it.

I was not offered that update in my 1903 Version although I already have the latest SSU (which does not appear anywhere)...

I still have it appearing 1903 Build 18362.356.
