I have a Lenovo x1 carbon laptop and i have updated OS from win 8 to win 10.

When I'm working for long time with laptop, my keyboard get disabled for all application instead of browser.
There is no error.

I have to restart laptop to fix it.

Hello and welcome to the fourm.
Double check Device Manager.
The properties of each
Keyboard
As well as devices listed under "Human Interface Devices"
Look under the "Power Management" tab and uncheck the box that says "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save poser"

That may well be the problem with a laptop, but I have a mains powered desktop and I had the same problem.
In my case the keyboard (PS/2) was completely missing from DM.
Win10 had removed it. One minute it was working, the next no keyboard (I tried 3 different ones , another PS/2 and a bluetooth via a dongle)
Many iterations of plug in, unplug, remove, trouble shoot, look for new hardware, reboot etc it finally came back and I still don't know what caused it, I wasn't doing anything at the time!
Very strange.
Scanner suffered the same problem in a minor way, wasn't found by Photoshop for image import, but Epson utilities used it OK after unplug / replug of USB cable.
