Laptop boot

I have a Dell E6430/ windows 10. It will not boot the first time ever (hangs). I turn it off, wait 30 seconds and turn it on again and it will boot every time (albeit very slow, even for windows.) Is there a way to fix this? Does it have something to do with the MBR? Thanks in advance for the help!

Probably has more to do with Hybrid shutdown/Sleep, go to your power setting/Advanced options and sleep turn off Hybrid Shutdown. Change your shut down and power button to shut down
