Laptop on input output error loop

Hey, I used to connect my laptop to external monitor and used the option of dual display.
Today after turning my laptop, it's showing this problem where my laptop is going on this continuos loop of display then blank screen and again desktop and then blank screen.
Have not been able to use my laptop.
