At work, we were provided with laptops with Win 10, and for me to unlock the screen I have to do ctrl+alt+del to see the sign in screen. However on my personal computer at home, I just have to press any key to see the sign in screen, is there a way to change that option in my work computer?

Hi vsbryan95,

Welcome to the Forum.
  • Press your Windows key + S together to get focus to the Search field
  • In the Search field type netplwiz then press Enter key
  • In the User Accounts dialog select the Advanced tab
  • In the Secure sign-in pane [ located at bottom of Advanced tab ] remove check

  • Now click Apply then OK
  • While not needed immediately: a Shutdown/Restart will ultimately be needed to see Results

If your work machine is on an Enterprise licence it is possible that your system admin has set it up that way and you won't be able to change it.
