How do you change log-on password for computer

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\User Accounts
However.....
That is primarily for changing user account passwords for "Local" users and is not intended to change the password for any Microsoft Account.

Thank you. Subsequent to my question, I discovered that Microsoft account password is password to access my computer. I'm feeling pretty stupid at this point.
