everything I look at or type something I will make a choose and hit enter and I have a 20 second or more wait till something updates or changes on monitor. Is my cpu or video card going bad?
Is this while using a browser and on the internet? If so it's probably an issue with your ISP being slow. We really need more information than what you gave us. Your computer could also be infected with a virus or malware. The HDD could be failing. It could be so many things causing it. We need more information. More exact information like what program are you using? Are you trying to use the internet?
