SOLVED Loss of older emails........

Can anyone give guidance?
Have windows 10 already, it updated itself a few days ago, since then have notices have lost all my older emails........... some of which i need......
Can anyone tell me how to get them back, or should I reset my computer to an earlier setting?

Not sure what has happened.............. but now emails have returned? Spooky or what
Pleased to have joined the Forum for future information or help though. :)
