Lost Contacts

Since the windows 10 upgrade, I cannot access my contacts for email groups that I had created. Any ideas...

Are you using the Mail app that comes with Windows 10 ?
If yes, your contact list ( People ) is at All Apps, under alphabet P.

However, why don't you just go to google search, type Hotmail > click Sign In > you will have your Outlook.com on screen > right click inside the window > click Create shortcut > click Yes.
You now have your outlook.com shortcut at your desktop.

Don't bother to use that silly Mail app. It's the worst.

I am struggling with windows 10- as for the contacts, yes, thanks for helping me to find them(at last!) but what I need is to be able to access groups for emails that I want to send. I currently use gmail, not Hotmail. When trying to send to groups, they seem not to exist anymore...help! Thanks!

Sorry, I don't use gmail. Can't tell you how to access your groups.

However, if you go to All Apps and open People > on the left side it should have list of individual contacts as well as list of groups you created. Yes ?
