Lost Email

After Windows 10 downloaded all my emails disappeared both current and past. I went to my Eudora email in box and the history was gone as well as the outbox information. It appears that the folders are complete that I had set up. What I am missing was not filed. After the download the newer emails did appear. I am missing a giant gap from 2009 to 2015 messages. Can you help me please.

Check to see if you have a Windows.OLD folder in the root of C:\
Perhaps browse that and see if you missing emails are in there.
