Who provides your email (host server)? Are you using Hotmail.com or Outlook.com?
Can we assume by "my mail app" you mean the native Windows 10 mail App?

Are you receiving any specific errors when it "stops working"?
Have you tried running SFC /ScanNow, as described here

Hi, thanks for the suggestions. Yes I did run the SFC/ScanNow, no problems.
When I try to run the web outlook app. it just never start up, it continue to run the "wheel" without starting up at all.
It is version 2015 Microsoft outlook.com mail.

I mean the native WIN 10 mail app that should open my outlook/Hotmail - which it does NOT. NOTHING happens!!!
