Mail calender Win 10 app will not down load PDF attachment

Mail and calendar Version 17.8241.41275.0 after creator up date to Win 10 version 1703

Since I did this up date mail will not down load PDF attachment. I have tried to reset using new app settings, others suggested to use command in power strip, that command setting to old does not work in new version. Unable to down load in Win 10 app only I can use SBC mail to down load attachment.

In new app setting to use to move or uninstall app disabled. Please advise or send up date to mail and calendar to fix please.
