If you load up the "People" app first, you can add a new contact and give it a name of the group - then where you enter in the "personal e-mail address", list all of the group e-mails separated by a semi-colon (all on one line). It's not ideal, but it's the only way I'm aware of getting groups working with the Windows 10 mail app.
