MAJOR MEMORY HOG, DESKTOP WINDOW MANAGER all of a sudden

No recent download usually my system runs at 28 - 32 % Memory today I see it running at 62%^ now at 42% after I closed every program . And also 13 % CPU where that is normal at 4% with no programs open . What the heck is doing this . VERY STRANGE Any FEED BACK would be nice.. Thanks.

I have never had this happen before it in WINDOWS 10 PRO
