Media Creation Tool Error

Hi,

My first post here. This morning I started the windows creation Tool to download Windows 10 ISO to do a clean install. About 10 minutes into the download the machine lost power. I rebooted into the machine and tried to run the Tool again, but all I get is "Setup couldn't start properly. Please reboot your PC and try running Windows Setup again". So, I rebooted and all I get in the same message. What can I do to fix this?
