Menus are right aligned in win 10 , help !!!

Hi
I have this problem , i tried windows+R then
shell:::{80F3F1D5-FECA-45F3-BC32-752C152E456E}
change it to left , with NO HOPE
is there any other option to set it back to left ?
please help !!
