dear sirs,
in W10, live mail essentials does not work any more. I deleted the files ( with some trouble) both in Program and in Program(x86).
When I try to reinstall MS essentials 2012 the answer is" the programs are installed already".
I tried to clean the System Register but without success.
Could you help me, please?

That's not the way to uninstall an application. Applications should only be removed by Programs and Features (formerly known as: Add and Remove Programs).

Check and see if there is a repair option during install.

As Cliff says. For a little encouragement, I am using the WLM part of essentials without problems.
