SOLVED Microsoft message keeps appearing

I followed Microsoft's recommendation to change from a password sign in to a PIN number sign in.
Now I continuously get the inserted message.
Very aggravating and I don't know how to stop it.

Open "Settings" -> "Accounts"
See if their is a "Verify" alert under "Your info"

Yes, it always says "verify". Then they send me a code number which I insert. That takes me to the accounts page and all seems to be well. But when I restart the computer, the notice pops back up and I get to do the whole thing again.

Where do you insert the code? You should, already, be on the Accounts page
What method are you using, to receive the code (Tel. No; Email:etc)?

Well, whatever it was stopped after the last restart. I have no idea why, what, where, or especially, why.
