Microsoft windows system protection setting won't let me click on yes. Only the no button light up.

"click on yes" where?
System Protection is usually associated with System Restore is that what you are talking about?
I'm not seeing any opportunities to click "yes" just next or OK or apply or cancel.
OR
Are you talking about UAC user account control?
Could you perhaps use the snipping tool and capture a window clip of the screen or error or dialog box you are dealing with so we might better understand the question.
