Migrating settings

I'm thinking of replacing my win 10 PC with a new one. Are there any tools (preferably free of course!) which will help me migrate all or some of the following to the new machine:
1 . Office 2016 settings
2. Windows 10 settings
3 . Emails and calendars from my Windows Live Mail (contacts I can export and re-import as a csv file I know).
