missing cursor since windows 10 upgrade

hello
since free upgrade from windows 8.1 to windows 10 I have lost the cursor & cannot get it back through any settings...can anyone help with this, thanks

I can't image how do you use the computer without the cursor. Apparently you can.
So, can you then do the following ?

Go to Settings > select Update & Security > left side, click Recovery > right side, select RESET.
