SOLVED Mouse Issue

Hello there, I dont know if this is where I should be posting but it felt like it was relevant.

So I was playing a game on my new Windows computer, but the problem is, the right mouse click gives a beep sound (like when your PC is frozen and you press too much and the PC suddenly unfreezes) when clicked a bit too fast.

How do I fix this? I tried to see if it was just my mouse but it does it to both my mouse and my PCs mouse buttons.

Some HP users have reported this issue is caused by the HP Omen Command Center.

If you happen to have this, disabling or uninstalling it may resolve your right-click beep issue.
