Has anyone else seen this? I was transferring files from my USB 3.0 thumb drive on my Toshiba Qosmio i7 laptop (only a year old) to the laptop's internal hard drive, and during the file transfer, my mouse cursor was frozen on the screen. The system wasn't locked up, because the file transfer was still going. As soon as the files were transferred, I got mouse cursor function again. This is a Logitech wireless mouse MX Master, and the USB receiver was plugged into the USB 3.0 port right next to the port the thumb drive was plugged into.
This laptop came loaded with Win 8.0, and I never saw this anomaly until after installing Win 10.
