Moving programs + to a new user

I may have fixed a problem by creating a new user.
I only had one user/administrator and created a new user with admin privileges.
I would like to move everything to the new user and then delete the old user.

What is the best way to do this without reinstalling many programs and data for them

Ken Would it not be easier to just change the original Administrators name to new Administrators name then you wouldn't have to delete or move any files. Remember there must always be an Local Admin account.
