MP3 track # are not correct in Explorer

Since may be one or two upgrades before, some of my MP3 track # are not correct in under columns in Explorer, for example if I play the file in Foobar the track number is 051, but in Explorer it show 41. I tried to edit with MP3tag "both ID3v1 and ID3v2" by entering track # 051, but still show 41 in Explorer! See attached photo.
I need to do hundreds of mp3s using automated features in Mp3tag.
Please help. Thank you
