my desktop background all the sudden is black

Hi

I am using my company computer at home. I logon using my network username and password, computer allow me to logon (cache profile). All the sudden, the desktop background turned to black. I have a local admin account so I logged like this userName: .\mylocalacct and password:???? this local account desktop background is fine. So I went back to my network account and logged on again. Right Click on desktop-->Personalize and everything is grayed out. But nothing is grayed out when I logon with my local acct. Any help would be appreciated it.

That type of problem/issue is rather common with machines attached to a Network server which has options enabled or disabled by the company. Our church was given 4 Notebooks a few years ago that have been disconnected from the company network without first logging out, only choice was to do a clean install of Win7 then Upgrade to Win10 [company was too far away to reconnect/disconnect properly].
