Hi,

I have a problem with my Acer Aspire r11. Speakers, headphone jack and
microphone not working and external speakers also have no use. I
noticed this when I turned on my PC and last time when I was using,
everything was normal.

I reinstalled latest audio drivers but still not working.

How can I fix this. Please help.

Go to the Device Manager and uninstall them from there. Let Windows redetect them and reinstall the default drivers. They should be the latest drivers. However if you already got the latest drivers from the Acer site, there may be newer ones.

If that doesn't help, go to the Recording Devices and select your primary recording device. Go to the Enhancements tab and disable all Enhancements. Some drivers enhancements are not compatible with Windows 10 unless the manufacturer fixed them.

This is a strange problem and can't be fixed simply by installing latest audio drivers.

I solved my problem by uninstalling 'Acer Invert Audio Utility' or installing latest drivers for it may also work. Everything returned to normal.
