my 'Mouse' wakes my PC from sleep... why?

Hi all... i don't want my mouse or touch-pad to wake my laptop from sleep when it gets triggered, I have been to 'mouse settings' & unchecked the part about waking up PC' & i hit apply & OK but no good. Now the touch-pad wont wake it up but my bluetooth mouse still does it. I'm at a lost as to what other settings i missed or if its a bug somewhere. Hope anyone can help me on this... thx in advance.

Go into device manager and select the device, then right click it, select properties, power management and untick "allow this device to wake"

May not be a bug. It could be a compatibility matter.

At the bottom of the mouse, is there a switch to turn On or Off ?
If yes, what if you turn it off when computer is in sleep mode ?
Will the computer still gets turned on ?
