NEED HELP - windows 10 version 2004 booting issues

I have an Asus N56J laptop with Windows 10 Edu installed. After windows 10 Ver 2004 update,my system has been having booting problems, its been restarting over and over again. It self boots after displaying "...your pc did not start correctly...we are collecting...we will restart your system..."

are you talking about the April cumulative update or the next Version 2004 which is not even released yet beside for the Insiders.
I don't know much about the Education version, so my help will be limited...
