Network Connection loss

I am getting network reconnections lost and reconnecting. everything is current, but tired of losing the connections to reconnect very often sometimes. not sure why it is happening. tried everything I have found online.

Nowhere enough information.
Which network? Local or Internet?
What kind of connection? WiFi or Ethernet?
Only one device or all of them?
