New Folder confirmation

There are many instances in w10 where a "request" generates a confirmation request before it is executed.
One of the most annoying occurs when creating a new folder in Windows Explorer. "You need to confirm this operation"
I have all given all "users" full authorisation, but this does not stop the request.
Any suggestions welcome.

HOME or PRO version?? did you change the UAC settings to a lower setting yet ??

I run Pro and I already tried a lower UAC setting.
