Used ISO file to upgrade to 10130 yesterday. Worked great. Then this morning could not access internet on the computer. Other devices will connect, so it's not the router. Tried to use troubleshooter but got unfixable issues with 1/network adapter and on trying to fix that, 2/that drivers were missing. Not specifically which drivers. Went into properties, all drivers present and accounted for and working properly. Any ideas?

Worked great.
By "worked great", do you mean that you had internet on at least one of your network adapters"
Which one..... wireless or wired?
It's possible that at some point in time afterwards, Windows Update installed a less than optimal driver for your device(s).
Use device manager, find the problem network adapter, double click it to expose the properties windows and select the driver tab and see if the option to "Rollback" the driver is available to you.
