HI Maurice,

further question, do you have a driver disk (most likely downloadable from the manufacturers website)?. ;)

Just a dumb question...does this motherboard have built in Wifi or is it an add on card or a dongle that is no longer working. If the former what does device manager say?

OK next step is to see if the card is seen by device manager as a network device. If it is then probably it needs a driver.

Maybe you will to provoke this by:
power down the machine
remove card
power up Obviously there will be no wifi network device in device manager
power down
reinsert card
power up

You should see windows trying to install the card now and it should be in device manager although it may well show 'no driver' or 'device unable to start'

Do you have an original install disk for this card?

Another remote possibility. The motherboard which is pretty old ( DDR 2 memory ) is a replacement for a previous Pegatron which died? Some HP machines used Pegatron IIRC. I wonder if it just unhappy with Windows 10 and needs a new Bios. I see on Google that there is a site which offers Bios upgrades

I see nothing about Dual Stream on the Web, as a purveyor of PC network cards. Perhaps a screen shot of each tab after you right click on Dual stream and show properties.
