No Sound

i did the 10 update this morning and now I have no sound. I have an older Dell XPS 8100 with an AMD sound card and and Windows 7. I am at a loss how to get my sound back. Wish I had never done the update since the sound problem is only one of numerous problems. I have tried going into Device Manager and checking for updated drivers but it says I already have the latest driver. I am open to any and all suggestions. Glad I did a system image before I did the update.

Okay fixed it by upgrading to the latest Realtek drivers. Now if I could just figure out why I keep losing my internet connection and why the task bar stops auto-hiding I will be happy.
