SOLVED No Swichable Graphics

I somehow have lost my ability to switch between the graphics Intel 4000 and ATI AMD RADEON. I lost the capability when I upgraded the system to the latest Windows 10 upgrade.
I see that the AMD Radeon is on my computer, but I don't know how to get it up and running.

I don't know at this time. I cannot try until later today... got work to do. :) Why would I want to do that?

I down loaded the up=to-date drivers, (for the third time ) and I now have the AMD Radeon working. Can't say why it took me three times because I didn't do anything different each time. Or at least I don't think I did. I will mark this one solved. Thanks
