No Windows App Store

After W 10 update my windows app store does not open. When clicked from task bar, live tiles, or app column there's a flash, like a camera and back to my browser page. Windows was reinstalled but the same thing happens. Is there any fix for it or did anyone hear something from MS about that problem.
