Windows Media Player and windows live essencials .
Download them then look in All apps
Scroll down to windows and you will find they have been down loaded there
Right click and you can either add them to start or taskbar

Try this method. It is to re-register Windows Store.
Right click at the Start button > click Command Prompt (Admin) > at the flashing prompt, type powershell > press Enter key.
At the flashing prompt, copy/paste ( please do use copy/paste to avoid typo ).............

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

press Enter key.

P.S. For your information. Windows Media Player is included in Windows 10.
No need to install it.
Windows Media Player will play audio music as well as videos.

I could have misunderstood what you said, but there is no such app as "store music photo viewer".
There is Windows Photo Viewer but it is not in Windows 10 operating system.
You will need to restore it back to Windows 10.
Use this tutorial. It is very simple to restore.

I've noticed a couple times you have recommended downloading Windows Media Player.
Have you found this to be necessary?
In every instance where I have installed Windows 10 (upgrade and clean) I've found Windows Media player, already installed and available to use.
I'm aware that there are instance in the case of both N and KN editions where media player is excluded, but those are all that I am familiar with. Is your experience different?

If that is what you are referring to, perhaps including the proper download link
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48231
for those particular instances, might be helpful.

Perhaps your friends computer was one of the "N" versions or....
Perhaps he had unchecked it here......
Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows features on or off -> Media Features -> Windows Media Player. Check = enabled (on) Unchecked = disabled (off).
It most instances, except for those I noted above, it does not require installing, but may require enabling.

OK.
So, You gave you a suggestion to re-register Store, and how to restore Windows Photo Viewer.
Have you tried any of them and if so, were they successful ?
