On screen keyboard

Today I am experiencing a new problem with my Dell XPS-18 tablet with windows 10 installed and I don't know whether it is a computer problem or windows one. Here is what is happening:
When I log on and put in my password, the on screen keyboard appears across the screen and cannot be moved. Behind it I can see windows and using my Bluetooth keyboard I can type in the help box on the left bottom corner but cannot access anything further. The Bluetooth mouse also won't function.
Any suggestions ?

Hitting the back button on the tablet screen should get rid of the on screen keyboard. As for the bluetooth mouse you might need to reinstall the drivers.
