OneDrive upload failure from App?

[PA-WOODCHUCK]

This started about a month ago in that I have upload failures 90% of the time. Usually get "waiting" or 0kb of file uploaded. Usually only can upload one file/photo at a time and hope it works. I have removed/installed app many times. Also started same time on all our iPhone and iPad. Works OK from Win10 PC. Anyone else seen this and have fix?
