Open Icon and only a White Box Shows

Can someone help please. When I click the 'Get Windows 10' icon the white box opens but nothing appears... I wasn't able to reserve it and now when I open it the loading symbol comes up (blue dots). I want W10 but I don't know how else to get it!?

I dislike that spinning circle of dots because you can never be sure what is going on in the background I'd much prefer a percentage complete bar so you could actually track the progress. You might want to try the media creation page where you can make a .iso setup disc and do the upgrade that way:
