SOLVED Opening Quicken File

The service cannot accept con messages at this time. How do I overcome this problem?

I have no idea at all how to help with your problem, but......
I might suggest that you include the version of Quicken you are currently using, as someone may have had a similar issue with the identical product and may be able to provide some help if they had some additional information.
AND
Are you certain that the message you are getting say "con" and not "com"?
