Outlook, Edge and Start Menu not working

I updated to Windows 10, everything worked well until i did some updates to drivers for my ASROCK Extreme 4 motherboard.
I tried reloading windows 10 which probably crushed my windows 8.1 files for going back but that option does not appear anyway since start menu does not work. Edge is now a blank icon on the task bar. All other Microsoft Office 2013 apps work as well as Firefox. I have no access to the apps page since start menu does not work.

Also control panel and windows file explorer slow to load
