Outloook Not working with Windows 10

I have tried both Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2016 preview with windows 10. When Outlook goes into Send/Receive mode it does not pull in my email. I keep trying but it starts the process and half way through the first bar stops.

No. I had the same problem before I upgraded to the Preview edition. I have email from Comcast and Edge cant pull in the emails either but Chrome can. Reaching out to Comcast as well.
