Paint Shop Pro 9

I have a, desktop computer running windows 10 Pro. I also have a laptop computer running windows 10 home. Both computers were running Paint Shop Pro 9 just fine until recent updates. Then neither one would run it. I run a repair type installation on both machines. The Laptop now runs PSP 9 again, but the desktop does not.

Hi midnite143,

Welcome to the Forum.

I'm not too familiar with the graphic software so I probably cannot really help you here.

One thing worth considering though (actually 2 things):
  • Open Windows Settings [ Start > settings cog ] then go to Apps, and locate Paintshop and see whether clicking on it gives you the Advanced link which would allow you to attempt to Reset it
  • Or, two, try reinstalling the Paintshop software
