SOLVED Paste function not working

As of yesterday, when I copy/paste anything, I get the following when I paste

C:\Users\jrlow\AppData\Local\Temp\PRODUCT_NAME_UNKNOWN_CrashDumpPRODUCT_VERSION_MAJOR_UNKNOWN-PRODUCT_VERSION_MINOR_UNKNOWN-2018-07-25--09-10-23_.dmp

I have tried rebooting as well as running SFC

Any Ideas ???

Turned out to be a corrupt Realtek High Definition driver. Uninstalled, reinstalled and all is fine..
