Hi I hope I'll express myself clearly, english is not my first language.

Since some few days I've got this problem;

Everytime I watch a video online and put it fullscreen on a HD plugged display on my laptop my computer crash and send me IRQL DRIVER NOT LES OR EQUAL (dxgmms1.sys) BSOD

Everything is up to date

I even did a clean install of WIndows 10 to be sure.

But I still got that issue. Everything works fine except video in fullscreen.

Maybe it is because of the temperature? But I got a laptop so it is harder to open up for a dust cleaning.

Thanks for your help

KB3163018 is the culprit: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...gmms1sys/84db9eb6-0654-4716-809c-95fc66774985

It is related to Nvidia Geforce 640/650, Quadro K1000M, K2000M video cards.

Currently, the only solution is to uninstall KB3163018 and prevent Windows Update to install KB3163018 again with this tool from Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3073930

I just did that, and it works. Hopefully the next update of Microsft Windows 10 will not interfere with our graphics cards

Thank You
