PC log in error

When I turn on my PC I get the normal screen when I boot.

Then when I click on he screen to bring up where I put in my password I get this screen where I wait for a while and I t doesn't pop up

I have since tried rebooting the computer several times and this same error happens. I haven't been able to get into my computer, and I have no idea where to start to try fixing the problem.

Try to press Ctrl + Alt + Del twice and see what will happen.

I tried that out and nothing happened. I am currently in the process of trying to get the computer to boot into safe mode.

Once logging in, I suggest you disable the lock screen image. It should help you avoid such issue.
