Pdf extension file

Hi all.
This is my first post so here goes: I cannot install Adobe Reader on my PC. But i urgently need to open .pdf extension file.
So i need to know how to open .pdf file without Adobe Reader?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Not exactly sure why you can't seem to install "Adobe Reader" on your computer, but....
IF a reader is all you need then, by default Microsoft Edge browser actually does a decent job of opening .pdf files.
As an alternative, perhaps you might want to try something like FoxIt Reader to see if that might work for you.

By default, when you double click to open a .pdf file in Windows 10, it should launch Edge as a viewer.
What happens when you try opening a .pdf file?
