People Contacts not Syncing

I added about 10 or 12 people to my current Gmail account yesterday via my Galaxy Note 4. I see then when going to Addresses on Google but they don't show in "People". How often does it sync? How can I force it to sync?

Click the account in Mail -> Settings and adjust the sync setting for that mailbox.

Or you can use a data transfer tool to sync the data. Do you often use Cloud service to backup the data?
I think actually you can use some android backup tool to backup your contacts, photos, text messages to pc you use.
