Phone and Modem ERROR when try to add new Modem

I want to make connection with POS Terminal and PC (this can be done in windows 7 and windows 8)
When i go to:
1- Phone and Modem
2- Install new Modem (in that windows select communication cable between two computers) and when i click NEXT I have wdf_violation error with blue screen and PC is restarted.
Can you please help me to solve this problem ?
